Per tola price reaches Rs499,462 after a decline of Rs24,300

Karachi: Gold prices in Pakistan visibly dropped on Thursday in line with their loss in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs499,462 after a decline of Rs24,300 during the day.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs428,208 after it fell by Rs20,833, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Wednesday, gold price per tola remained stable at Rs523,762 during the day.
The international rate of gold declined by $243 to reach $4,767 per ounce (with a premium of $20).
Meanwhile, the price of silver also decreased by Rs760 to reach Rs7,734 per tola.
