There is possibility of rapid snow melting due to increased temperature

Islamabad: Heatwave is likely in most parts of the country from today to May 20.
According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature will remain 5 to 7 degrees higher in South Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Upper Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan until May 20.
There is a possibility of rapid snow melting due to increased temperature in the upper areas.
Due to the intense heat, children, women, and the elderly have been instructed to take precautionary measures.
