However, UN officials say that no aid has reached the needy so far

Gaza: Following the international pressure, Israel has claimed to have allowed 100 aid trucks to enter Gaza.
Israel has been facing sanctions from several countries due to its blockade of humanitarian aid in Gaza.
Britain has suspended talks on a free trade agreement with Israel, while the European Union has also decided to review its free trade agreement with Israel.
However, following international pressure, Israel has claimed to have allowed 100 aid trucks to enter Gaza.
Israel says that 100 aid trucks carrying flour, baby food, and medical equipment were allowed to enter the Gaza Strip on Wednesday.
However, UN officials say that no aid has reached the needy so far.
The UN had earlier warned that malnutrition in the occupied Palestinian territory of Gaza has intensified and that 14,000 children could die if aid does not arrive in the next 48 hours.
It is pertinent to note that on March 2, Israel violated the ceasefire agreement by blocking the entry of all types of goods, including food, into Gaza, which led to a severe food crisis there.
