Three Khawarij planning attack in Karachi arrested

Karachi: In a joint operation in Korangi, Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) and the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) foiled a possible terror plot in Karachi and arrested three terrorists belonging to Fitna Al-Khawarij.

According to the details, a Rangers spokesperson said that the arrested terrorists include Naimatullah, Noor Muhammad, and Sabirullah, from whom weapons, ammunition, and explosives were recovered.

The suspects are affiliated with the military-trained Roman Raees and Islamuddin groups. Naimatullah joined Fitna Al-Khawarij in 2018 and came back after receiving training from Afghanistan.

Naimatullah has been arrested twice on terrorism charges, while Noor Muhammad has been an active member of the Fitna Al-Khawarij Islamuddin group since 2022. Noor is involved in extortion and planning target killings in Karachi.

Sabirullah has been a member of Fitna Al-Khawarij since 2018 and has been active on social media.

The terrorists were arrested before they could carry out any major operation in Karachi, and the arrested suspects were handed over to the police for further legal action.

It is pertinent to note that after the defeat in the recent war, India has mobilized its proxy organizations, the banned Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) and the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), for large-scale terrorist operations in Pakistan by providing funding and weapons to various groups.

Yesterday, in a cowardly operation in Balochistan, Indian-sponsored terrorists attacked a school bus carrying innocent students in Khuzdar, in which 5 people, including 3 female students, were killed and 38 were injured.

Pakistan has expressed its determination to eliminate terrorists selectively after the recent terrorist incidents. Security agencies across the country are on alert, and the activities of the suspects are being closely monitored.
