According to foreign media, President Macron is currently on a visit to Vietnam. Just as he was about to disembark from the plane, his wife appeared to slap him — a moment that was caught on camera.

In the video, it can also be seen that as President Macron extended his arm while exiting the plane, his wife did not hold his arm.
