Authorities say this regulation is crucial for ensuring the safety and well-being of all pilgrims and facilitating the smooth conduct of rituals

(Web Desk): Saudi Arabia has renewed its call for strict adherence to Hajj regulations, emphasizing the requirement of a valid permit for participating in the annual Islamic pilgrimage.
The Ministry of Interior reiterated that anyone caught attempting to perform Hajj without an official permit will face immediate deportation and a 10-year ban from re-entry into the Kingdom, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
Authorities stressed that this regulation is crucial for ensuring the safety and well-being of all pilgrims and facilitating the smooth conduct of rituals.
The ministry urged all residents and visitors to comply with the guidelines and encouraged reporting of violations by calling 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Region, or 999 in other areas of the country.
Minister of Media Salman Al-Dossary affirmed the Kingdom’s full commitment to serving pilgrims under the directives of Saudi leadership and Vision 2030 goals. He highlighted that the “No Hajj Without a Permit” campaign is a key part of maintaining order and raising awareness during the pilgrimage.
Al-Dossary also announced that over 1,070,000 international pilgrims have already arrived, with 249,000 of them facilitated through the Makkah Route Initiative.
Minister of Health Fahad AlJalajel reassured pilgrims that the healthcare system is fully equipped for any emergencies and urged adherence to health protocols throughout the Hajj season.
