PM Shehbaz will meet with the Saudi Crown Prince to focus on strengthening bilateral cooperation in key sectors


Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, accompanied by a high-level delegation, will depart on an official visit to Saudi Arabia.
According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office spokesperson, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will undertake the official visit to Saudi Arabia from June 5 to 6, 2025, and will celebrate Eid al-Adha there.
The spokesperson stated that the Prime Minister will meet with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, with a focus on strengthening bilateral cooperation in key sectors, including trade and investment.
According to the Foreign Office, the Prime Minister will also express gratitude to the Saudi leadership for their constructive role in de-escalating recent tensions between Pakistan and India.
The spokesperson added that this visit reflects the deep and time-tested ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. It is expected to further strengthen bilateral relations and open new avenues for multifaceted cooperation.
