Largest congregations for Eid al-Adha prayers were held in Grand Mosque and Prophet's Mosque

Riyadh: Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries are celebrating Eid al-Adha today (Friday).
The largest congregations for Eid al-Adha prayers were held in the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque.
Pilgrims will return from Muzdalifah to Mina and pelt the great devil with stones today. They will sacrifice animals, shave their heads, and take off their Ihram.
The Saudi leadership is being congratulated on the occasion of Eid by leaders of several Islamic countries.
Earlier on Thursday, more than 1.6 million pilgrims performed the main pillar of Hajj, the Wukuf-e-Arafat. On this occasion, a special prayer was offered for the Palestinians.
The Imam of the Grand Mosque, Sheikh Dr Saleh bin Abdullah, said, “O Allah, make our brothers in Palestine victorious over the enemy”.
