Bilawal says India cannot unilaterally suspend or terminate the Indus Waters Treaty

London: Chairman of the Pakistani diplomatic delegation formed to highlight Pakistan’s response to Indian aggression worldwide, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, stated that Pakistan is a responsible country and that all issues with India must be resolved through Kashmir.
Bilawal said that Pakistan is a responsible nuclear state that has always advocated for resolving issues through dialogue and diplomacy, consistently promoting a message of peace. He emphasized that Pakistan has clearly stated that any attempt to block water will be considered an act of war. India cannot unilaterally suspend or terminate the Indus Waters Treaty; water is a vital necessity for Pakistan, and there will be no compromise on this issue.
He further stated that Pakistan seeks negotiations with India on all matters, including Kashmir, as all issues ultimately stem from Kashmir. He accused India of spreading misinformation and disinformation.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari once again praised the role of the US President in the Pakistan-India ceasefire, saying that Donald Trump’s role regarding the ceasefire was commendable.
The head of the Pakistani diplomatic delegation also said that Pakistan had offered neutral investigations into the Pulwama incident, but India did not accept this offer. He noted that there is no existing mechanism to resolve disputes between the two nuclear-armed countries.
