She did not comment on the details of discussions between Pakistani delegation and State Department officials

Washington: The US State Department’s response to the meetings of the Pakistani delegation led by Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto with Trump administration officials during his visit to the US has come to light.
US State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce has expressed hope that President Trump will be able to resolve the Kashmir issue during his tenure.
When asked what Bilawal Bhutto’s discussions with Undersecretary for Political Affairs Alison Hooker at the State Department were and whether the US has given any assurance to the Pakistani delegation that the US government will try to bring India to the negotiating table to continue discussions on unresolved disputes and a ceasefire, the US State Department spokesperson answered that the Pakistani delegation met with State Department officials, including Undersecretary for Political Affairs Alison Hooker, last week, in which Alison reiterated US support for the ongoing ceasefire between Pakistan and India.
Tammy Bruce thanked God for the fact that the ceasefire between countries like India and Pakistan is ongoing and said that issues related to bilateral relations, including counter-terrorism cooperation, were also discussed in the meeting with Alison Hooker.
During the press briefing, when asked by a journalist whether Pakistan had given the US any assurance that it would take action against terrorists, Tammy bluntly said that she would not comment on the details of the discussions between the Pakistani delegation and State Department officials.
When asked by another representative what kind of progress is expected on President Trump’s offer to mediate between India and Pakistan on the Kashmir issue, will the US invite the leadership of both countries, or will it support UN resolutions on Kashmir?
Tammy Bruce said that she cannot discuss what plan President Trump has in mind. She certainly knows that every step of President Trump is related to ending the war between generations and the ongoing differences between generations. Therefore, it should not be surprising that President Trump wants to manage the problems between Pakistan and India.
She stated that President Trump is the only person who has brought such people to the table and made it possible to talk about what people could not even imagine would be possible. Therefore, she cannot discuss President Trump's plans. The world knows his nature.
“It's an exciting moment that we're finally getting to a point on this conflict,” said Tammy Bruce. “I have to thank President Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio for this. It's an exciting moment. Every day we make progress, and I hope President Trump can resolve this issue during his term”.
