Murder weapon has been recovered from him
Khanewal: A father tortured and killed his daughter in the limits of Kahna police station in Khanewal city of Punjab province for wanting for love marriage.
According to the details, the accused, Ahmed Ali, tortured his daughter, Amna, with an iron rod, which seriously injured her. The victim was rushed to a local hospital in her injured condition, where she succumbed to her injuries.
According to local police, the accused has been arrested, and the murder weapon has been recovered from him.
It is pertinent to note that three days ago, a couple who had married by choice in Lahore were also killed.
According to police officials, the deceased, a resident of the Kahna area of Lahore, had married by choice a few days ago, to which the girl’s family did not consent.
The accused entered the house and killed the newlywed couple. According to initial police investigations, the girl’s family, unhappy with the marriage of the two, committed a double murder.
