Chrome for Android gets iOS-like address bar feature
Having address bar at bottom will make typing easier for users


(Web Desk): A new and interesting feature has been introduced in the Google Chrome web browser for Android devices.
In fact, this feature will significantly change the design of the browser.
According to a blog post by Google, the new version of Chrome for Android will offer users a more modern experience and make browsing easier on mobile devices.
With this feature, users will be able to move the address bar from the top of the screen to the bottom.
This feature was previously available in the Chrome browser for iOS devices, and now it is being rolled out to Android users as well.
Users will have the freedom to set the address bar’s location according to their preference.
To move the address bar on the screen, users will need to press and hold the bar for a while, after which it can be shifted to the bottom.
Alternatively, an option will be available in the Chrome Settings menu to change its location.
Having the address bar at the bottom will make typing easier for users.
According to the company, the rollout of this feature has already begun and it will become available to all users in the coming weeks.
