Police took water tanker into custody and arrested driver

Karachi: A motorcyclist died after being hit by a water tanker near Site Area Walika Chowrangi in Karachi.
According to the police, a motorcyclist died after being hit by a water tanker early this morning near Site Area Walika Chowrangi.
The police took the water tanker into custody and arrested the driver.
Both the water tanker and the driver have been transferred to the Site A police station.
It is pertinent to note that this year, the number of people killed in water tanker collisions has reached 33, while the number of deaths due to heavy traffic has reached 142.
