Mohsin Naqvi visits UAE, hoping Pakistanis' visa issues to be resolved soon
Increasing cooperation to prevent smuggling and illegal immigration was also discussed


Islamabad: Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have agreed on necessary measures to facilitate visas for Pakistani citizens, especially work visas.
A guard of honor was presented upon the arrival of Federal Minister Mohsin Naqvi at the UAE Ministry of Interior. Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan received him.
In the meeting between the two leaders, the issue of UAE visas faced by Pakistanis was discussed. Increasing cooperation to prevent smuggling and illegal immigration was also discussed. The commitment to promote cooperation between the two countries in various fields was also reiterated.
The meeting also discussed the regional situation and sustainable peace in the region, emphasizing the need to use modern technology and AI to address security challenges.
An agreement was also reached on the necessary measures to facilitate visas for Pakistanis. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan assured Mohsin Naqvi of all possible cooperation.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that they want to further expand cooperation in every sector, including security. A large number of Pakistanis are playing a role in strengthening the UAE economy. Citizens will get a lot of relief with the ease of the visa policy.
He visited the Abu Dhabi policing system and operations room to prevent crime. Mohsin Naqvi expressed deep interest in the police monitoring system and praised the policing system.
