Rain likely in various parts of country today

Karachi: Rain is expected in various parts of the country today (Monday).

Rain is predicted at a few places in Islamabad, Sindh, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan today.

Yesterday, it also rained in Murree, Mianwali, Attock, Jhang, South Waziristan, and Swat, while two sisters died when a wall collapsed due to rain in Malakand, and one person died when the roof of a house collapsed in Kohat.

In addition, two girls were swept away in the flood in Jamrud tehsil of Khyber. The body of one girl was recovered; the search for the other is underway.
