The police registered the case against Ayesha and Shaheen under Sections 336 and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code, along with Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997


(Web Desk): In Sahiwal, a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law threw acid on a young man from their neighborhood. Police have registered a terrorism case and arrested both women.
According to the report, on Monday, Fateh Sher police filed a case against a woman and her daughter-in-law for allegedly throwing acid on a man in Muslim Bin Aqeel Colony and took them into custody.
The police registered the case against Shehzad’s wife Ayesha and her mother-in-law Shaheen, also known as Guddo, under Sections 336 and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code, along with Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997.
The FIR was lodged on the complaint of Rashid Ali, the elder brother of the victim, Shah Rukh.
According to the complaint, Shah Rukh, a resident of Street No. 2, was sleeping in his room, which has a window facing the street. During this time, Ayesha, Shaheen, and an unidentified person allegedly threw acid on his face and body through the open window. He was immediately taken to Sahiwal Teaching Hospital.
The FIR states that Shaheen suspected that her daughter-in-law Ayesha had an alleged relationship with Shah Rukh. It was further alleged that Ayesha had previously ruined several of Shah Rukh’s relationships. Fateh Sher police have started an investigation.
