The Ministry of Interior emphasizes that Saudi Arabia enforces strict anti-drug laws

(Web Desk): An Afghan national has been executed in Saudi Arabia for drug smuggling.
According to the Saudi Ministry of Interior, the individual — identified as Ghulam Rasool Faqir — was accused of smuggling heroin into the Kingdom. A competent court found him guilty and sentenced him to death.
The Ministry stated that the convict appealed to the Supreme Court, but the verdict was upheld, and the sentence was carried out in Makkah.
The Ministry of Interior emphasized that Saudi Arabia enforces strict anti-drug laws, and no leniency will be shown to those involved in such crimes.
