Horrific crime: 3.5-year-old girl allegedly raped in Muzaffargarh

(Web Desk): An alleged rape incident of a 3.5-year-old innocent girl occurred within the jurisdiction of Rangpur Police Station in Muzaffargarh. The police took swift action and arrested the suspect.

In the FIR filed by the victim's father at Rangpur Police Station yesterday, the plaintiff stated that he works at a shop. When he returned home in the evening, his wife told him that their 3.5-year-old daughter was sleeping in a room. Upon hearing the child's screams, she went into the room and saw the suspect, Aoun Abbas, raping her. The suspect fled after the woman screamed.

According to a police spokesperson, the police took immediate action, registered a case at Rangpur Police Station, and arrested the suspect. The Crime Scene Unit and the Punjab Forensic Science Agency team collected evidence from the scene.

The spokesperson added that on the instructions of DPO Syed Ghazanfar Ali Shah, the suspect will be given an appropriate sentence by the court.
