The seats became vacant due to the disqualifications of Rai Hassan Nawaz, Zartaj Gul, and Rai Murtaza Iqbal


(Web Desk): The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has announced the schedule for upcoming by-elections, which are set to take place on October 5.
According to the ECP's announcement, the nomination papers for candidates will be submitted from August 28 to 30. Election symbols will be allotted to candidates on September 16.
The seats became vacant due to the disqualifications of Rai Hassan Nawaz, Zartaj Gul, and Rai Murtaza Iqbal.
By-elections will be held in the following constituencies, all located in Punjab: NA-143 Sahiwal, NA-185 Dera Ghazi, Khan-II, PP-203 Sahiwal.
Returning officers for all three constituencies have been appointed from the local administration.
