PM Shehbaz will address the Pakistan-China B2B Investment Conference in Beijing

Islamabad: The Foreign Office has announced that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will visit China from August 30 to September 4, during which he will attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) meeting in Tianjin.
The Foreign Office spokesperson said that meetings between Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chinese President Xi Jinping, as well as Premier Li Qiang, are scheduled. The discussions will cover various dimensions of Pakistan-China bilateral relations.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will also attend a military parade in Beijing marking the 80th anniversary of the defeat of fascism in World War II.
The Prime Minister is also scheduled to meet with Chinese businessmen and corporate executives to discuss trade, economic cooperation, and investment between the two countries.
Additionally, he will address the Pakistan-China B2B Investment Conference in Beijing.
The Foreign Office spokesperson added that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s visit is part of the ongoing high-level engagement between Pakistan and China, and will also include discussions on the progress of CPEC Phase-II.
