‘Criminal data will now be available online, and the records of terrorists and criminals will be centralized’


Peshawar: For the first time, a Criminal Record Data System has been established in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the IG (Inspector General) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the modern system will provide online access to data of criminals, and it will be the first system to include 10-fingerprint records.
The Criminal Record System will be connected to NADRA, and the Police Facilitation Center has also been linked with NADRA. Additionally, an e-license system will be introduced in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the first time.
According to the IG, following the establishment of the CRO (Criminal Record Office), criminal data will now be available online, and the records of terrorists and criminals will be centralized.
