Russian President appreciates Chinese visa policy facility for Russian citizens


After China provided visa-free facilities to Russian citizens, Russia has also announced to provide visa-free facilities to Chinese citizens.
According to foreign media, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia will also provide visa-free facilities to Chinese citizens, following China's example.
He appreciates the Chinese visa policy facility for Russian citizens, saying that, undoubtedly, our citizens' visit to China will boost business and economic activities.
It is pertinent to note that after the SCO conference, China announced a visa-free policy for Russian citizens, in response to which Russia has now also announced visa-free facilities for Chinese citizens.
Russian citizens will be allowed to enter China visa-free for one year from September 15.
