Islamabad: A district and sessions court in Islamabad on Wednesday issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in a case involving the alleged recovery of liquor and illegal weapons.
Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan passed the order after Gandapur failed to appear and no legal representative attended the hearing on his behalf. The court has instructed authorities to arrest and present him before the court on September 17.
