Lahore: Left-arm fast bowler Waqas Maqsood has announced his retirement from international cricket.
According to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Waqas Maqsood has decided to retire from international cricket.
He represented Pakistan in the only T20 match against New Zealand in Dubai in November 2018.
The 37-year-old Waqas Maqsood was the 80th player to play for Pakistan in a T20 International, taking 2 for 21 in 1.5 overs.
Born in Faisalabad, Waqas Maqsood played 81 first-class matches, 56 List A matches, and 68 T20 matches from 2011 to 2023.
Waqas Maqsood has also represented Islamabad United and Karachi Kings in the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
