Earthquake shocks Gilgit-Baltistan's Astore region

(Web Desk): Tremors were felt in Astore district and surrounding areas of Gilgit-Baltistan.

People came out of their homes in fear after the tremors were felt in Astore and nearby areas.

According to the Seismological Center, the earthquake had a magnitude of 3.7 on the Richter scale and occurred at a depth of 25 kilometers.

The epicenter was located 34 kilometers southwest of Skardu. However, no reports of casualties or property damage have been received.
