(Web Desk): A lady doctor named Mishal, who had a love marriage a few years ago in the Scout Colony area of Karachi, committed suicide by jumping into a drain due to her husband's behavior.
According to the police, Dr. Mishal's body has not been found, and a rescue operation is underway to locate her.
Police stated that the lady doctor had a love marriage with a man named Hasnain a few years ago and that she hailed from Gilgit-Baltistan. Her family has been contacted.
Police said that Dr. Mishal lived with her husband in the Scout Colony area of Karachi. He wanted to marry a second time, which led to frequent arguments between the couple.
Police added that Dr. Mishal, heartbroken by her husband's behavior, committed suicide by jumping into a drain. However, her body has not been recovered yet, and a rescue operation is in progress.
Police further said that more investigation into the incident will be possible after the lady doctor's body is found.
