Hassan’s parents came to her house and apologized, which is why she forgave him

Islamabad: TikToker and social media influencer Samiya Hijab broke the silence on the deal made to pardon accused Hassan Zahid.
In the case of alleged kidnapping and threats to TikToker Samiya Hijab in the District and Sessions Courts in Islamabad, the court granted bail to the accused Hassan Zahid after TikToker stated that she had forgiven him for the sake of Allah.
After the hearing, Samiya did not answer any questions from journalists regarding the reconciliation and left the court.
The journalist asked how many millions of rupees she had made the deal, but the TikToker left silently without answering any questions.
However, Samiya has now shared a video on social media, and while answering the question about the deal, she said, “People are asking how much money I made a deal to pardon accused Hassan Zahid, and am I not in danger now?”
She stated, “I raised my voice for my rights and 75 percent of the people supported me, but only 25 percent of the people are criticizing me”.
Explaining the real reason for forgiving Hassan Zahid, she added that Hassan’s parents came to her house and apologized, which is why she forgave him.
It is pertinent to note that the case was heard by Additional District and Sessions Judge Chaudhry Amir Zia, in which Investigation Officer Muhammad Ishaq appeared before the court and said that Samiya Hijab has forgiven the accused, I testify on her behalf.
On this, the court ordered that either the plaintiff herself or a member of her family should come to the court and record a statement, after which the hearing was adjourned.
After the adjournment, Samiya Hijab appeared in court and recorded her statement. Judge Amir Zia asked her whether her case had been resolved. Do you want to pursue this case further?
Samiya Hijab replied that yes, our matter has been settled, and I withdraw my case; I have no objection to the accused's bail and acquittal.
Later, the court granted bail to accused Hassan Zahid in exchange for Rs20,000 bonds.
