Kabul: The Taliban administration has imposed a ban on the internet in Afghanistan.
The internet ban has been imposed in five provinces of northern Afghanistan: Kunduz, Badakhshan, Baghlan, Takhar, and Balkh.
The provincial government of Afghanistan has decided to impose a ban on the internet has been decided to prevent immoral activities.
It is pertinent to note that the internet has been banned for the first time since the Taliban government came to power in Afghanistan in 2021.
