PM meets Nawaz Sharif in Geneva, briefs him on historic Saudi deal

Geneva: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has reached the UK after completing his visit to Saudi Arabia.

The Prime Minister has reached his residence in Central London. During his stay in London, he will meet British officials and the Pakistani business community, while he will also address a ceremony of the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation on Saturday.

Before this, he had stopped in Geneva, Switzerland, for some time and visited former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif there.

According to media reports, he also informed Nawaz Sharif about the details of the historic Pak-Saudi Arabia defense agreement. Nawaz Sharif is currently in Geneva for treatment, but he is likely to go to London in the next few days.

It is also reported that federal ministers Ishaq Dar, Khawaja Asif, and Atta Tarar have also arrived in London along with Shehbaz Sharif. After completing his visit to the UK, the Prime Minister will go to the US, where he is likely to meet US President Donald Trump.
