Leaving Bagram Air Base is shameful, negotiating with Afghanistan: Trump

Washington: US President Donald Trump said that negotiations are underway with Afghanistan for the deployment of US troops at Bagram Air Base.

US President Donald Trump, while talking to the media at the White House, stated that Bagram Air Base should not have been left under any circumstances, and leaving the air base was a shameful moment.

Donald Trump added, “The Chinese President and I approved the TikTok deal. TikTok will be closely monitored; there will be no compromise on security. The negotiations are moving in a positive direction; the signing of the agreement will be a formal action”.

He further said that he spoke with the Chinese President about the Gaza and Ukraine-Russia issues. He is sure that the Chinese President will support the end of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Ukraine is making money from the war; our defense equipment is being purchased. Russia violated Estonia's airspace; this could be a big problem.
