Eligible candidates will be able to enter, stay, and return easily

Beijing: China has announced the introduction of the ‘K’ visa for young experts.
According to a foreign news agency, China has introduced the ‘K’ visa for young experts in science and technology. It will come into effect from October 1. Under which, eligible candidates will be able to enter, stay, and return easily.
Chinese ‘K’ visa holders will also be able to participate in education, culture, science and technology, and business research. While an invitation from a domestic employer or institution will not be required for this.
According to officials, this step has been taken to attract global scientific talent and increase international cooperation.
It is pertinent to note that in the past, the US President had set the annual fee for the H-1B worker visa at $100,000 to limit immigration. And now a new executive order regarding the H-1B visa policy has come into effect.
According to experts, after the $100,000 fee on H-1B applications in the US, this visa could become an attractive alternative for global talent, including from South Asia.
