51 confirmed dengue patients are currently undergoing treatment in different hospitals


Rawalpindi: The series of dengue mosquito attacks in Rawalpindi has not stopped yet. In the last 24 hours, 20 more patients have been confirmed with dengue.
According to the health department data, a total of 11,093 people have been screened in the city so far, out of which 676 have been confirmed with dengue. No deaths have been reported from dengue so far this year.
51 confirmed dengue patients are currently undergoing treatment in different hospitals. 1,499 teams formed for dengue surveillance have checked 5,385,385 houses so far. During this time, 1,451,737 places were inspected, out of which 21,802 places turned out to be positive.
Furthermore, dengue larvae were found at 183,813 places, which were immediately destroyed. So far, 4,301 FIRs have been registered for violating dengue SOPs.
