(Web Desk): The fares for railcar trains running between Lahore and Rawalpindi have been increased.
According to the spokesperson for Pakistan Railways, the fare hike applies to the Subak Kharam and Subak Raftar railcar services. The revised fares will be effective starting today.
The spokesperson stated that the increase ranges from Rs150 to Rs250, and in return, refreshments will be provided to passengers.
The updated fares between Lahore and Rawalpindi are as follows: AC Parlor: Rs2,500, AC Business: Rs2,250, AC Standard: Rs2,100 and Economy Class: Rs1,300.
