Afghanistan batted first and managed only 143 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the allotted 20 overs

(Web Desk): Bangladesh showcased a brilliant performance by completing a 3-0 clean sweep against Afghanistan in the three-match T20 series.
In the third and final match played at Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Bangladesh secured a six-wicket victory thanks to Saif Hassan’s unbeaten 64 runs.
Afghanistan batted first and managed only 143 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Afghan batsmen struggled in the early and middle overs, but aggressive batting from Darwish Rasooli and Mujeeb Ur Rahman in the final moments helped the team reach a somewhat respectable total.
Bangladesh bowlers Sharif Islam, Mohammad Saifuddin, Nasim Ahmed, and Rashid Hussain bowled with control, not allowing the Afghan batsmen to play freely. By the time Afghanistan’s eighth batsman was dismissed, the team’s score was 106.
Chasing the target confidently, Bangladesh began their innings strongly. Tanzid Hasan played aggressively in the early overs, while Saif Hassan anchored the innings from the other end. Tanzid Hasan scored 33 runs before getting out, but Saif Hassan played an unbeaten innings of 64 runs, hitting seven sixes and two fours.
Captain Zakir Ali scored 11 runs, and Shamim Hussain was out for a duck, but Saif Hassan’s composed batting guided the team closer to the target. Wicketkeeper-batsman Narowal Hassan remained not out for the third consecutive match and sealed the victory with a six.
From Afghanistan, Mujeeb Ur Rahman and Azmatullah Omarzai took two wickets each.
With this win, Bangladesh completed a 3-0 clean sweep in the series, having won the first T20 match by 4 wickets and the second by 2 wickets.
