Per tola price reaches Rs523,962 after a gain of Rs7,900

Karachi: Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Thursday in line with their gain in the international market. The price of the yellow metal reached Rs523,962 after a gain of Rs7,900 during the day.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs449,212 after it increased by Rs6,773, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Wednesday, gold price per tola reached Rs516,062 after a gain of Rs1,300 during the day. The international rate of gold was up by $79 to reach $5,012 per ounce (with a premium of $20).
Meanwhile, the price of silver surged by Rs358 to reach Rs8,404 per tola.
