Per tola price reaches Rs526,462 after a gain of Rs2,500

Karachi: Gold prices in Pakistan jumped on Friday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs526,462 after a gain of Rs2,500 during the day.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs451,356 after it increased by Rs2,144, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Thursday, gold price per tola reached Rs523,962 after a gain of Rs7,900 during the day. The international rate of gold was up by $25 to reach $5,037 per ounce (with a premium of $20).
Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs170 to reach Rs8,574 per tola.
