Father kills newly-wed daughter over marrying man of her choice

As per details, the victim Fatima tied the knot with Muhammad Irfan a few days ago and went to visit her maternal house.

Two days later, when Fatima did not return, her husband went to his in-laws and came to know about the murder.

A case has been registered against the father under the section of murder and police started raids to arrest the accused.

He remain on the run but police have ensured that he will be arrested soon.

Officers explained that it was a case of honour killing and it was committed because man did not approve his daughter’s marriage to someone from a different caste.
