Per tola price reaches Rs524,562 after a decline of Rs8,700

Karachi: Gold prices in Pakistan continued to plunge on Saturday in line with their loss in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs524,562 after a decline of Rs8,700 during the day.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs449,727 after it fell by Rs7,459, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Friday, gold price per tola reached Rs533,262 after a decline of Rs7,100 during the day. The international rate of gold declined by $87 to reach $5,018 per ounce (with a premium of $20).
Meanwhile, the price of silver also decreased by Rs310 to reach Rs8,541 per tola.
