Per tola price reaches Rs491,362 after a decline of Rs8,100

Karachi: Gold prices in Pakistan declined on Friday in line with their loss in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs491,362 after a decline of Rs8,100 during the day.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs421,263 after it fell by Rs6,945, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Thursday, gold price per tola reached Rs499,462 after a decrease of Rs24,300 during the day. The international rate of gold declined by $81 to reach $4,686 per ounce (with a premium of $20).
Meanwhile, the price of silver also decreased by Rs50 to reach Rs67,684 per tola.
