Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, during which they discussed the evolving regional situation.
According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office spokesperson, the Deputy Prime Minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s support for all efforts aimed at de-escalation and stressed the importance of resolving issues through dialogue and diplomacy.
The statement further noted that both leaders agreed to maintain close contact in view of ongoing regional developments.
