796 militants killed, over 1,043 Injured in operation Ghazab-ul-Haq: Atta Tarar
Tarar said that 81 locations of militants and their supporting infrastructure across Afghanistan were effectively targeted through airstrikes.


Islamabad: Federal Minister for Information Atta Tarar, in a statement shared on social media, provided an update on the ongoing Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq, stating that militants suffered heavy human and material losses as of 5:00 PM on April 5, 2026.
According to details, the minister said that 796 militants were killed while more than 1,043 were injured during the operations. He added that 286 check posts were destroyed and 44 were taken over.
He further stated that 249 tanks, armored vehicles, artillery units, and drones were also destroyed during the operations.
In his statement, Atta Tarar said that 81 locations of militants and their supporting infrastructure across Afghanistan were effectively targeted through airstrikes.
He also revealed that an attempt by Afghan Taliban to attack a border post in the Ghulam Khan sector on the night between April 2 and 3 was successfully foiled, resulting in heavy losses to the attackers, with up to 37 militants killed and over 80 injured.
