Mainly hot, dry weather expected in most parts

Islamabad: Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next 12 hours.

However, isolated rain-windstorms and thunderstorms are expected in northeast Balochistan, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Potohar region, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan during evening and night hours.

Partly cloudy weather with gusty and dust raising winds is likely in south Punjab and upper Sindh in the afternoon.

Temperature of major cities recorded this morning:

Islamabad nineteen degree centigrade, Lahore twenty-five, Karachi twenty-eight, Peshawar twenty-one, Quetta seventeen, Gilgit and Murree thirteen and Muzafarabad twenty degree centigrade.

According to the weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy and dry weather  is expected in  Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramula, while hot and dry and partly cloudy weather in Jammu and partly cloudy with chances of isolated rain-thunderstorm in Leh. 

Temperature recorded this morning:     

Srinagar, Pulwama and Anantnag twelve degree centigrade, Jammu twenty-two, Leh zero and Shopiana and Baramula eleven  degree centigrade.
