Air Chief Marshal Sidhu visits Türkiye, holds high-level meetings with defence leadership
According to ISPR, the Air Chief met General Ziya Cemal Kadıoğlu at the Turkish Air Force Headquarters

Web Desk: Chief of the Air Staff of the Pakistan Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, arrived in Türkiye on an official visit on Friday.
According to the ISPR, the Air Chief held meetings with the Commander of the Turkish Air Force, General Ziya Cemal Kadıoğlu, Turkish Minister of National Defence Yaşar Güler, and the Chief Technology Officer of Baykar Technologies.
During the meetings, both brotherly nations reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening defence cooperation, aerospace innovation, and collaboration in advanced technologies.
The ISPR stated that the Air Chief met General Ziya Cemal Kadıoğlu at the Turkish Air Force Headquarters, where he was accorded a historic and warm welcome, including a guard of honour. The Turkish Air Chief also appreciated the Pakistan Air Force’s contribution to the training of Turkish pilots.
According to the ISPR, during the Air Chief’s meeting with the Turkish Defence Minister, both sides reiterated the strong, historic, and strategic ties between Pakistan and Türkiye. Discussions also focused on exploring deeper cooperation in training, capacity building, and aerospace collaboration.
The ISPR further stated that the Chief of the Air Staff also met with the Chief Technology Officer of Baykar Technologies. The meeting included discussions on innovation in airpower technologies, drones, and advanced systems, reflecting the shared vision of both countries for cooperation in next-generation defence technologies.
