Tehran: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, along with a Pakistani delegation, participated in the funeral ceremony of Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in Tehran today.
They paid rich tribute to late Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and offered fateha for the departed soul.
They also extended their condolences to the Iranian leadership, including President Masoud Pezeshkian.
The delegation included Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, PPP Secretary General Nayyar Hussain Bukhari and Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah.
