Kabul: The Taliban have wooed Russia, China, Pakistan, Turkey and others to attend the announcement of the formation of a new Afghan Government.

Yesterday, the group’s representative told Al Jazeera, "We have sent invitations to Turkey, China, Russia, Iran, Pakistan and Qatar to take part in the [ceremony] of announcing [the composition of the new Afghan] government".
In this regard, the Taliban are set to pronounce the new cabinet and all requisites have been completed.
“The Taliban would create a regime that will be accepted by the global community and the Afghan people," said Representative.
It is pertinent to note that the Taliban swept the power on 15th August and will be starting a new era with a new cabinet on 11th September.
Earlier, the Taliban, on 6th September, said that they have captured Panjshir completely after days of continuous clashes between the group and the resistance forces, the National Resistance Front (NRF).
After the Taliban claimed that they have captured Panjshir valley, the resistance force vowed to carry on fighting.
As per details, the war over Panjshir escalated on Friday night and the NRF said two of its senior leaders were killed during the fighting.
“Thousands of Taliban fighters overran eight districts of Panjshir overnight,” reported The Associated Press citing witnesses.
On Sunday, the Taliban tweeted that their forces had overrun Rokha district, one of the largest of eight districts in Panjshir.
Taliban chief spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid in a statement said, "With this victory, our country is completely taken out of the quagmire of war".
Mujahid assured that the residents of Panjshir would be safe.
“We give full confidence to the honourable people of Panjshir that they will not be subjected to any discrimination, that all are our brothers, and that we will serve a country and a common goal,” Mujahid said in his statement.
Meanwhile, the NRF said it was present in "strategic positions" across the valley and that "the struggle against the Taliban and their partners will continue".
“Taliban’s claim of occupying Panjshir is false. The NRF forces are present in all strategic positions across the valley to continue the fight,” it said on one of its Twitter handle.
