Lahore: Pakistan cricket captain of all three formats Babar Azam showed displeasure with the recently announced squads for the World Cup.

Skipper Babar Azam depicted his disapproval of the selected team after the Former Coach and Captain of Pakistan Cricket Team Misbah ul Haq expressed discontent on the formation of the Worldcup squad.
Sources have revealed that Babar was not taken into confidence on the inculcation of Sohaib Maqsood and Azam Khan.
"Babar was keen to include Faheem Ashraf and Fakhar Zaman on board," sources added.
However, the Chief Selector added Sohaib and Azam to the team on the recommendation of the potential chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Ramiz Raja.
Captain and Chief Selector have already been at loggers head on the matters of selection.
As per sources, changes in the team can be done before 16th October.
