Sindh govt seals arms license branch over quota violations, arrests two officials
Karachi: The Sindh chief secretary Monday raided the arms license branch of the home department, seized the entire record and sealed the property.

Sources told GNN that the raid was conducted on the orders of the chief minister who came to know that licenses more than quotae had been issued by the branch.
The top official found that above quota licences and bullets had been issued by the branch. The CS also sought record of license quota issued to the security agencies.
The CS suspended two offiicers-- Ahmad Ali Sheikh and Rahim Qureshi-- from service for their alleged involvement in wrongdoing and malpractices.
