Islamabad: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) vice president said that she is not afraid of being implicated in fake, petitions and National Accountability Bureau (NAB)— challenging anti-graft watchdog to arrest her.
According to details, Maryam Nawaz was talking to media outside the Islamabad High Court (IHC) and said that Imran Khan is elected Prime Minister, not selected by people.
Maryam Nawaz further accused Prime Minister Imran Khan of using ‘Jadu Tona’ (magic) for major appointments which impact the security of Pakistan.
"If Imran Khan's magic is so successful, why isn't it used for the betterment of general public, “she stressed.
PML-N Vice President further added, “No one becomes a lion, if he is in creatures’ skin”.
PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz said that she fears neither being arrested, nor being implicated in fake cases, petitions and National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
“Arrest me so that the world may know how much you are afraid of the truth,” she said.
The PML-N leader said that after reading NAB petition against her, she wants to know the ‘super intelligent’ person who filed the petition for a revocation of bail, adding that his face should be exposed before the whole nation.
"The officer should be given a 22-gun salute," she added.
Yesterday, the NAB filed a petition in IHC seeking cancellation of bails of Maryam Nawaz and her husband Capt.(retd) Muhammad Safdar.
As per petition, Maryam Nawaz had misused the bail facility and had been involved in hate speeches against the anti-graft watchdog.
