Aryan Khan's bail order to be pronounced on Oct 20
Mumbai: The sessions court on Thursday canceled the bail plea of renowned Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, the court has reversed the order and sent him back to jail till next Wednesday.

According to the Indian media, Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan - Accused No. 1 for the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) - allegedly "indulged in illicit drug trafficking", and was in touch with "some persons abroad who appear to be a part of an International Drug Network" to procure a bulk quantity of hard drugs", the anti-narcotics agency said in a statement to the court on Wednesday.
The NCB today told the court that "evidence showed" Aryan Khan frequently took banned substances; Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh, representing the central agency, also referred to on-record statements to claim that Aryan Khan has been consuming drugs for the last few years.
Aryan Khan was "not even on the cruise" raided by NCB officers on October 2, so the allegation of drug trafficking against him is "absurd", his lawyer Amit Desai told the Mumbai court on Wednesday in response to the NCB's claims.
Earlier in the day, Aryan Khan was shifted to the common cell of Mumbai's Arthur Road Jail after his Covid report came negative. He earlier lodged at the quarantine barrack of the Arthur Road Jail.
A total of 20 people, including two Nigerian nationals, have been arrested so far in the case related to the seizure of drugs following a raid at a party on the Cordelia cruise ship off the Mumbai coast on 2 October.
