Saba Qamar debuts as police officer in her upcoming film "Serial Killer"
Lahore: Pakistan's veteran actor Saba Qamar has all set to play a role as a 'police officer' in the film 'Serial Killer' for the first time in her acting career.


While dropping new pictures on her Instagram handle regarding an upcoming project, related to her film "Serial Killer" in which she's debuted as a police officer.

Taking to her Instagram handle, the Serial Killer star wrote, “بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيم I am very elated to announce my new project #Serialkiller Couldn’t say no to another promising script after #Maat, written & offered by our intellectual genius @umeraahmed.official Producer @misbah116,” captioned Saba Qamar alongside a photo of herself channeling the police avatar.
Umera Ahmed is the author of Saba Qamar’s latest project. After Maat, Serial Killer is her second cooperation with the scriptwriter.
Saba Qamar who is known for playing a variety of characters is back with a new project. One of Pakistan's most popular and highest-paid celebrities, her roles have been credited as a significant departure from the traditional portrayal of women in Urdu television. Her accolades include four Lux Style Awards and a Filmfare Award nomination. The Government of Pakistan honored her Tamgha-e-Imtiaz in 2012, and the Pride of Performance in 2016.
